WE DO NOT SHIP TO NIGERIA, PAKISTAN, YUGOSLAVIA, RUSSIA or ROMANIA & many other countries known for FRAUD.

IMPORTANT: FOREIGN ORDERS must BE PAID BY PayPal at www.paypal.com. No exceptions! You will be contacted prior to shipment for payment details and shipping charges.

RETURNS: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any fragrances due to possible product tampering that could occur. Defective products can only be returned if you email us first within two days of receipt for instructions at scent@perfume-garden.com. Refunds on defective merchandise will be in the form of a product replacement. Sample information is available at the bottom of our Home Page. All products must be sent insured with a signature confirmation.

For your safety orders are NOT automatically charged to your credit card when placed. Each order is reviewed & hand entered by us. If anything seems unusual you will be contacted to verify your order prior to payment.

Orders usually ship within 5 - 10 business days after credit card approval from US Banks ONLY or PayPal at www.PayPal.com. We do not ship COD.

You will be notified by email when your order is shipped by USPS PRIORITY MAIL with Delivery Confirmation & a tracking number will allow you to check your order status. Samples will not have a tracking number.
